How Auromis handles your files and numbers

Every figure traced to its document, totals added up by code, and nothing sent without you. Here is what that means for the files you upload.

    You upload what you already have. We never log in to, scrape or submit to GC portals.

  • Nothing sent without you

    Every letter is a draft you review. You decide what goes out and when.

  • A source for every number

    Click any figure to see the document and line it came from.

  • Math by code, not AI

    AI reads your documents; plain code adds up every total.

  • Rules with citations

    Every deadline shows the statute or contract clause behind it. Not legal advice.

  • Your data stays yours

    Encrypted in transit, never sold, deleted on request. Shared statistics only with your consent.

From your file to a number you can check

AI reads. You confirm. Code does the math.

    AI pulls jobs, GCs and amounts from your documents, each with a confidence score. Unsure reads are flagged.

    You check your jobs, your GCs and the retainage % per job on one screen before your report is built.

How your data is handled

Your files

  • Used to run Auromis for you, and never sold.
  • Corrected values may help us improve how we read documents.
  • Document layouts we’ve learned, such as a GC’s pay-app format, help us read the next file in that format faster.
  • Shared statistics, such as how fast GCs pay, only with your consent.
  • Yours to delete at any time, or ask us and we’ll delete them.

Storage, providers and agreements

This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., on its global network. Cloudflare is the only provider that sees anything today, and all it sees is the server log for your visit and whatever you send us through a form. Every provider we add — AI document reading, support, alerts, payments — is named in our privacy policy, with what it does and where it processes data, before it handles anything.

A data processing agreement (DPA) applies to the data you upload and forms part of our terms. Email support@auromis.com for a copy.

What we never do

  • Log in to, scrape or submit to GC portals.
  • Hold, move or lend money.
  • Give legal advice or file liens. Letters are drafts you send yourself.
  • Send or sign anything on your behalf.
  • Sell your data.
